Property Status and Evaluations — (Loss Mitigation)
Outside Bank Services attempts to interview the occupants of a property, photograph the home and street scene. We will create a report based on what we have learned about the occupancy. We report on the condition of the property, the listing "For Sale" status, if a pool is in the back yard (empty or full), whether the electricity (meter) is still in service, and any other information we can attempt to gather.

Foreclosed Property Services — (Post-foreclosure)
We have learned it is truly in the lenders interest to keep a continued inventory review of all REOs. Outside Bank Services can keep your properties in our routes. We do weekly, bimonthly or monthly field checks on the properties. We drive out to the properties to do physical checks, photograph and report back to the lender on the status. Outside Bank Services can change locks or post signs on new REOs.
