Key Benefits

• We do a personal visit to the property in question.
• We attempt to gather information which the "in-house" collectors aren't able to get.
• If we learn the property has been rented, we will attempt to get the new address and phone number of the property owner (borrower).
• We report on the condition of the property and the listing "For Sale" status. We report if there is a pool in the back yard (empty or full), if electricity (meter) still in service, and any other information we can attempt to gather along with photographs.
• If we learn the borrower is still living in the home, we can also attempt to collect payments.
• We don't limit the outside services we offer.
