We do weekly, bimonthly or monthly field checks on the properties. We drive out to each property to do physical checks, photograph and report back to the lender on the status.
Outside Bank Services can change locks and/or post signs on new REOs.
Outside Bank Services can coordinate with the real estate sales staff as to what is required for each specific property.
