Frank Robusto brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Outside Bank Services team. Having a career in the financial services industry for over 28 years has provided Frank with an outstanding background to assist lenders and servicers with ongoing collection and collateral evaluation. Frank has been involved with every aspect of the lending, collection and foreclosure process and can assist with proper procedures and collateral recommendations to assist in ongoing portfolio demands. His reputation is untarnished and his experience brings the lender unparalleled insight into problem solving and liquidation of lenders' collateral. In addition, Frank is a license real estate broker in the state of California.

Robert Walker
Robert Walker started in the mortgage lending business in 1987. He has managed everything from Loan Originations, Processing and Underwriting, Secondary Marketing, to Loan Servicing and the Collections department for a national bank. He’s had the responsibilities of conforming to portfolio servicing guidelines along with all investor communications. Robert developed the Property Inspection and Evaluation process for Outside Bank Services back in 1992. Robert is one of the founders of Outside Bank Services and has stayed involved since the beginning.
